Ignitec Ltd is a technology-driven, product design consultancy providing integrated, new product development, R&D, technology design and rapid prototyping to global product manufacturers.
To achieve this, Ignitec will maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
In particular, Ignitec commits to:
- Set measurable objectives that will support meeting all client requirements and deadlines to minimise the occurrence of non-conformities
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of its business processes and objectives through
- Management Reviews and the internal audit process
- Proactively seek feedback from clients on how well its services meet their requirements and set objectives for continual improvement
- Analyse the causes of any complaints or problems, and take appropriate action to prevent a recurrence
- Select and work closely with suppliers who enable Ignitec to create and deliver a reliable performance
- Recruit employees who are client focused and support them with the appropriate training and systems to ensure their competence always meets Ignitec’s requirements
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the Quality Policy and are committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System
- Support employees in developing new skills and knowledge to ensure Ignitec is always able to provide the highest quality design and technology services to its clients
- Ensure that Ignitec complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements
- Enable the senior management team to regularly review Ignitec’s performance against its objectives to determine the effectiveness of business processes
