Covid-19 status update

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are, like most other businesses, working remotely for the foreseeable future. We took this decision ahead of the government announcement to stay home to protect the safety of our staff, our clients and the most vulnerable people in our community.

These are worrying and uncertain times for everyone, but especially for those who are the most at risk. We are doing our bit to help slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus to protect the NHS, our front line healthcare workers and those who are most vulnerable.

We would like to reassure clients, suppliers and partners that our design and development team are fully operational and committed to supporting existing and new business through these challenging times. Our assembly and prototyping facilities are still running when it is essential and most of our supply chain both in the UK and China are operational.

For most, this has become the new norm, but I wanted to offer some reassurances to those that rely on us that we are still here, we have adapted and it’s business as usual. Projects are ongoing from spare bedrooms and kitchen tables across the South West. You can still reach us between 8am and 4pm by phone and email or the live chat on our website and whilst we won’t be able to hold in-person meetings for the foreseeable future we are set up to use most video conferencing services.

We want to beat the Covid-19 pandemic as quickly as possible so we are doing our bit, both by isolating and by turning our efforts to the production of personal protective equipment and other initiatives.
