The corona virus pandemic came as a shock to all businesses. The sudden need to self-isolate and move to remote working has demanded that everyone across the the world adapt to a totally new way of working, the so called “new normal”.
We are pleased to announce that in light of new developments in government guidance, we have seen a light at the end of the tunnel and we are taking our first, tentative steps to returning to a new, old normal. Whilst following the government guidance on social distancing, we are re-opening our offices and bringing our team back. Our new, old normal will build on the positive learnings we have from the pandemic. We have learnt that working from home can really work and that most travelling really isn’t that essential. From this learning we hope to adapt our old way of working to a new one which is better and more efficient for our team, our clients and the environment.
We are grateful to our team for their ingenuity and flexibility through this time as we did our bit to prevent the spread of the virus. Thanks to the quick and creative thinking of our team, we were able to rapidly implement new systems and processes to enable us to maintain our momentum and provide continuity for our clients in this difficult time. As a result we have been able to ensure deadlines were met and project delivery has been unaffected.
As we begin to bring the team back to the Ignitec HQ we will continue to monitor the government guidance closely and review as necessary. Fortunately, our large office provides the team with plenty of space to maintain distance until that guidance changes. We hope to be able to welcome clients back to our offices in the near future, however for the time being meetings will remain virtual.
If you would like to get in touch with us the quickest way to do so is still to use the online chat on our website or call us on 0117 329 3420. We will continue to offer meetings via Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp.
