ISO9001:2015 certified – again!

We are delighted to announce that BSI have certified our ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System for another 3 years, making this our 3rd successful certification. As well as major 3 yearly recertification audits, all areas of our business are externally scrutinised 5 times per year with management reviews, internal audits and annual surveillance audits. The scope of our system covers “new product development, R&D, electronic design and rapid prototyping” and our certificate FS 654990 can be viewed here.

Why does ISO9001:2015 matter?

An ISO9001:2015 certification proves that we put our clients front and centre in everything we do and ensures that all of our systems and processes are documented and followed at all times. It also demonstrates that we actively seek and listen to client feedback to continually improve our business, services and processes in line with our clients’ needs. It is a mark of our commitment to continually asking “What could we be doing better” and taking prompt and proactive steps when we identify issues. We don’t sit back, we don’t rest, we embrace and respond to change and the results show; as we near our tenth birthday, it is clear we are building a streamlined, adaptable and resilient business.

In 2016 BSI gave our quality management system their Mark of Trust and today, as tenacious as ever, we continue to display the BSI Kitemark™ with great pride. We are proud to work with BSI for their global recognition as one of the most experienced independent assessors of best practice and high standards for quality, safety and trust.
